How long does the "What a City" Experience last?
This experience lasts a minimum of 5 hours. We believe in taking our time to soak in the sights, tastes, and sounds of the city, ensuring you get the most out of your journey.
Is the experience suitable for children?
Yes, the What a City Experience is family-friendly. We can adjust the itinerary to include activities and stops that are enjoyable for all ages.
What kind of food will we be trying?
We'll visit a delightful mix of local eateries, ranging from traditional tascas to modern cafes. Expect a culinary journey that may include pastéis de nata, bifanas, seafood, and other Portuguese delicacies, all tailored to your dietary preferences. We also offer special options for vegetarians, ensuring everyone enjoys a taste of Portugal.
Is the food included in the photoshoot price?
No, the food is not included in the photoshoot price. During the What a City Experience, we'll explore local eateries and you’ll have the opportunity to taste a variety of delicious Portuguese dishes, but these are paid separately. This allows you the flexibility to choose according to your preferences and appetite.
What should we wear for our photoshoot?
We recommend wearing outfits that you feel comfortable and confident in.
Coordinated colors and styles can enhance the visual harmony of your photos.
Feel free to bring a change of clothes for variety. If needed, we can help you choose the style during a video call.
Can we include specific props or themes in our photoshoot?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring any props or discuss themes that hold special meaning to you. This personal touch can make your photos even more unique and memorable.
What is the best time of day for our photoshoot?
Early morning or late afternoon are ideal times for capturing beautiful, soft natural light. We can discuss the best timing based on your chosen location and preferences.
How soon will we receive our photos after the session?
You will receive your edited photos within 3-4 days after the photoshoot, in a private gallery.
What happens if it rains or if there's bad weather on our scheduled date?
We monitor the weather closely and will reschedule the photoshoot at no extra cost if the weather conditions are not suitable. Your comfort and the quality of your photos are our top priorities.
Is there a travel fee for photoshoots outside of Lisbon?
For locations outside of Lisbon, there may be an additional travel fee. Please contact us for more details if you're considering a location outside the city.
Can we request specific poses or shots?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share any specific poses or shot ideas you have in mind. We will do our best to accommodate your requests and capture the moments you envision.
What if we need to reschedule our photoshoot?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We offer one complimentary reschedule, and additional rescheduling may incur a fee.
Can we have a mix of candid and posed shots?
Certainly! We strive to capture a balance of candid moments and posed shots to reflect the authenticity and joy of your moments. We will discuss your preferences during the initial consultation.
How do you handle privacy and the use of our photos?
Your privacy is important to us. We will never use your photos for promotional purposes without your explicit consent. If you agree, we may feature selected photos in our portfolio or social media.
